Cellulite Reduction in London —
Smoother, Firmer Skin
Without Surgery.
Reduce the dimpled appearance on thighs, glutes and arms with proven, non-invasive treatments that target cellulite at its source — not just the surface.
What cellulite reduction is — and what to expect.
What it is
Our cellulite reduction protocol combines radio frequency, cavitation, wood therapy and lymphatic drainage to address the three causes of cellulite: fibrous bands, fluid retention and weakened collagen. Treatments are delivered in our Barkingside clinic with full progress tracking.
Who it's for
Suitable for men and women of all body types — cellulite affects up to 90% of women (and some men) and is not related to weight. Particularly effective for thighs, glutes, hips, abdomen and upper arms.
When it's needed
Most clients begin treatment 8–12 weeks before holidays or events. Cellulite can develop or worsen at any age, especially during hormonal shifts (puberty, pregnancy, perimenopause).
Why expert delivery matters
Topical creams reach only the surface. True cellulite reduction requires addressing the structural fibrous bands beneath the skin and stimulating new collagen — which only specific treatments can achieve.
The cost of leaving it untreated.
Cellulite isn't just cosmetic — it's a sign of weakening collagen, poor circulation and lymphatic congestion that can worsen over time.
Risks & escalation
- Cellulite typically worsens with age as collagen production declines and skin becomes thinner.
- Untreated lymphatic congestion can lead to ongoing puffiness and fluid retention.
- Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause often accelerate cellulite formation.
- Loss of confidence often leads clients to cover up year-round, even in summer.
Common mistakes
- Buying expensive creams that promise miracles but only moisturise the surface.
- Trying dry brushing alone — helpful but insufficient on its own.
- Crash dieting, which can make cellulite more visible by reducing skin elasticity.
- Believing cellulite is permanent and untreatable (it isn't).

Everything that goes into expert cellulite reduction.
Cellulite is not fat — it's a structural condition. Understanding why it forms is essential to treating it effectively.
What Causes Cellulite
Cellulite forms when fat cells beneath the skin push up against fibrous connective bands (septae) that pull the skin down, creating the dimpled 'orange peel' appearance. Hormones (especially oestrogen), genetics, lymphatic congestion and weakened collagen all play a role.
Stages of Cellulite
Stage 1: dimpling only when skin is pinched. Stage 2: dimpling visible when standing. Stage 3: dimpling visible when standing and lying down. Stage 4: severe, deep dimpling with skin laxity. Treatment plans are tailored to your stage.
How RF Reduces Cellulite
Radio frequency heats the deeper dermal layer to 40–42°C, stimulating collagen production and improving the structural support beneath the skin. Over 8–12 weeks, new collagen forms and the skin becomes firmer and smoother.
How Cavitation Helps
Cavitation reduces the underlying fat that pushes against the fibrous bands. Combined with RF, it addresses both the fat component and the structural component of cellulite.
Wood Therapy & Manual Sculpting
Wood therapy uses anatomical tools to physically break down fibrous adhesions, smooth tissue and stimulate lymphatic flow. It's particularly effective for stubborn, fibrous cellulite on outer thighs and glutes.
Treatment Areas
Most commonly: outer thighs (saddlebags), inner thighs, glutes (buttock dimpling), lower abdomen, upper arms and knees. Each area requires a slightly different combination of modalities.
