What body sculpting is — and what to expect.
What it is
Body sculpting at Freeda Body Contour Clinic combines clinically-proven, non-surgical technologies — Venus Legacy 4D Lipolysis, ultrasonic cavitation for fat removal, radio frequency for skin tightening and the CoolShaping2 cryolipolysis system for fat freeze — to reduce stubborn fat pockets, smooth contours and lift loose skin. Treatments are delivered by Freeda, a qualified nutritionist with over a decade of experience guiding men and women toward measurable, lasting results.
Who it's for
Body sculpting is ideal for men and men and women across London who are within a healthy weight range but struggle with localised fat, post-pregnancy laxity, post-weight-loss skin, or stubborn areas that diet and exercise alone have not resolved. It is suitable for the abdomen, waist, hips, thighs, arms, back and bra-line areas.
When it's needed
Most clients come to us before holidays, weddings, milestone birthdays or simply when they decide they're ready to feel confident in their own skin again. Because there's no recovery period, you can begin treatments at any time and continue your normal routine the same day.
Why expert delivery matters
Body sculpting is not a quick fix sold from a salon menu. The wrong technology, applied without a personalised plan, wastes time and money. Working with a qualified nutritionist means your treatment plan is paired with the lifestyle and dietary support that protects your investment and locks in results.
The cost of leaving it untreated.
Stubborn fat and loose skin rarely improve on their own — and the longer they're left, the harder they become to address.
Risks & escalation
- Skin laxity worsens with age as collagen production naturally declines after 30.
- Fat cells in stubborn zones (lower abdomen, hips, inner thighs) resist diet and exercise once established.
- Crash dieting often shrinks fat cells temporarily but leaves loose skin and a softer, less defined shape.
- Surgical options like liposuction carry anaesthetic risk, weeks of recovery and significant cost — often £4,000–£8,000 per area.
Common mistakes
- Booking one-off cavitation sessions at a salon with no aftercare or nutrition guidance.
- Buying home-use devices that lack the depth and frequency to affect subcutaneous fat.
- Believing that more cardio alone will fix shape — body composition responds to targeted treatment, not just calorie deficits.
- Choosing the cheapest provider without checking qualifications, machinery or results.
A clear, expert-led path to results.

Everything that goes into expert body sculpting.
Body sculpting is an umbrella term for several distinct technologies. The right combination depends on your body composition, target area and goals. Here is what we use, why, and how each modality works.
Venus Legacy 4D Lipolysis
We use Venus Legacy 4D Lipolysis as the backbone of our body sculpting protocol — combining multi-polar radio frequency, pulsed magnetic fields and VariPulse vacuum suction in a single applicator. It melts stubborn fat, drives collagen production and tightens skin in the same session, with measurable circumferential reduction across abdomen, hips, thighs and arms.
Ultrasonic Cavitation (Fat Removal)
Low-frequency ultrasound waves create micro-bubbles inside fat cells, breaking them down so the released contents are cleared by the lymphatic system. Cavitation is most effective on localised, stubborn pockets — abdomen, flanks, outer thighs, bra-line — in clients within 5–10 kg of their target weight.
Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
RF heats the deeper dermal layer to 40–42°C, triggering collagen contraction immediately and stimulating new collagen production over 8–12 weeks. Essential after fat reduction to prevent loose skin and the treatment of choice for post-pregnancy abdomens, upper arms and necks.
CoolShaping2 Fat Freeze (Cryolipolysis)
For clearly defined stubborn pockets — lower belly, flanks, bra fat, inner thighs, double chin or male chest — we use the CoolShaping2 cryolipolysis system to permanently destroy fat cells through controlled cooling, with built-in vacuum and RF for comfort and skin support.
Wood Therapy & Lymphatic Drainage
Manual sculpting techniques originating from Colombia, wood therapy uses anatomical tools to break down fibrous fat and stimulate lymphatic flow. Often paired with cavitation to accelerate the elimination of broken-down fat cells and reduce post-treatment puffiness.
Treatment Areas We Sculpt
Lower abdomen, upper abdomen, waist and obliques, hips and 'love handles', inner and outer thighs, bra fat and back rolls, glutes (lift and shape), and chin/jawline.
Body Sculpting vs Weight Loss
Body sculpting is not a weight-loss treatment. It is a shape and composition treatment. Weight loss reduces overall fat; sculpting targets specific zones and tightens skin. The two are complementary — and our nutrition-led approach helps clients address both.
